Last Updated: October 15, 2026
Welcome to LOADPATH, a publication and digital resource produced and operated by Escend, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, subscribing to, or using our website, newsletters, databases, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
Subscription Tiers: LOADPATH offers various subscription plans (e.g., individual, enterprise/multi-seat). Fees and billing cycles are disclosed at the time of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing term; no partial refunds are issued.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees upon reasonable notice to active subscribers. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
2. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Ownership: All content published on LOADPATH—including original summaries, commentary, database structures, layout design, and organization—is the exclusive property of Escend, LLC and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Linked third-party articles and quoted excerpts remain the property of their respective publishers.
License to Use: Subject to your active subscription, Escend, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and read the Service for your internal business or personal use.
Restrictions: You agree not to:
- Systematically scrape, harvest, or download the LOADPATH database or mass-export content via automated means.
- Republish, redistribute, sublicense, or post full-text LOADPATH editions, proprietary tracking data, or paywalled content onto public forums, social media, or unauthorized internal networks.
- Share individual login credentials across multiple users. Each user must maintain their own authorized seat/subscription.
3. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Informational Purposes Only: Content published on LOADPATH is gathered from public regulatory dockets, government filings, and media reports for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing published herein constitutes legal, financial, tax, engineering, or investment advice.
No Warranty: The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, Escend, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of regulatory filings, meeting calendars, or projected data center timelines.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Escend, LLC, its officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities—arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Escend, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
